1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website and digital services operated under the name Airbag Reset Online (the "Service", "we", "us", or "Supplier"), including pages hosted at our public site (for example airbag-reset-nika.surge.sh and any successor domain).

By creating an account, placing an order, completing checkout, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Educational purpose & acceptable use

The Service is intended for:

• Students, technicians-in-training, and hobbyists studying ECU / SRS / BMS dump formats
• Lab, classroom, and workshop training with dumps you are authorised to possess
• Research and comparison of file structures for learning purposes

You agree that you will:

• Use the Service only for lawful, educational, and authorised study purposes
• Only upload files you own or are expressly authorised to process
• Not use outputs to defeat safety systems, commit fraud, or violate vehicle regulations
• Not misrepresent processed files as certified OEM or dealer-approved repairs

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe use is abusive, unlawful, or outside educational intent.

3. Service description

The Service provides online processing of customer-uploaded memory dump files (for example.bin files) related to airbag/SRS and BMS study workflows. Results, when available, are delivered as downloadable digital files for educational review. Compatibility with every module, part number, or file variant is not guaranteed.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

5. Payments

Paid orders are charged through our secure third-party payment provider at checkout. Fees are due before processing begins. Prices may include applicable taxes as shown at checkout. Invoices and receipts are issued according to the payment provider's process. Demo or test modes (if enabled on a staging site) do not create a live charge unless you complete a real checkout.

6. Your files & licence

You retain ownership of files you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process those files solely to perform the ordered educational analysis/processing and related support. Do not upload personal data of third parties unless you have a lawful basis to do so.

7. Delivery of digital Product

After successful payment confirmation, we process the order and make the resulting digital file available for download through the Service (or by another method we communicate). Delivery is complete when the download is made available, subject to technical failures described in our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" FOR EDUCATIONAL AND STUDY PURPOSES, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that processed files are suitable for installation in a vehicle, safe for road use, or compliant with local regulations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for vehicle damage, module damage, injury, data loss, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or its outputs. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual property

The website, branding, software, documentation, and catalogs are owned by us or our licensors. Vehicle manufacturer names and part numbers may be trademarks of their respective owners and are used only for identification / educational reference.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
