Educational / study context

We operate Airbag Reset Online as a digital learning and study tool for authorised dump-file analysis. Please do not upload personal data you are not allowed to share, and prefer anonymised training dumps where possible.

1. Who we are

Airbag Reset Online ("we", "us", "Supplier") provides a web-based educational file-processing service. Contact: [email protected].

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: email, name, and password hash (or Google sign-in identifiers) if you register
  • Order / study session data: part number, service type, order ID, payment status, educational product purchased
  • Uploaded files: ECU / BMS dump files you submit for educational processing
  • Contact info: optional email, phone, and country from forms
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info, and logs for security, fraud prevention, and debugging
  • Payment data: billing details you enter at checkout are handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

3. How we use information

  • Provide educational dump analysis and deliver downloadable study outputs
  • Create and manage accounts, orders, and support tickets
  • Confirm paid orders and prevent fraud/abuse
  • Communicate about your orders, account, and service changes
  • Improve the Service, security, and reliability
  • Comply with legal obligations

Legal bases (where GDPR/UK GDPR apply) may include contract performance, legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (where required, for example certain cookies), and legal obligation.

4. Payments

When you pay at checkout, our payment provider collects and processes personal data needed for the transaction (identity, contact, payment instrument, tax, and order details). Limited order information may be shared with us so we can fulfill the digital Product (for example email, order ID, product purchased, and country).

5. File retention

Uploaded and processed files are stored temporarily to complete your educational order and support troubleshooting. Files may be deleted after a reasonable retention period. Do not upload data you are not authorised to share.

6. Sharing & processors

We may share personal data with:

  • Payment provider — checkout, tax, invoicing, refunds
  • Hosting / infrastructure providers that run our website and APIs
  • Support / email tools, if used to reply to you
  • Authorities when required by law

We do not sell your personal data.

7. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own (including by our payment and hosting providers). Where required, appropriate safeguards are used (for example contractual clauses).

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Contact us at [email protected]. For payment-billing privacy requests handled by the payment provider, contact that provider through the details on your receipt.

9. Cookies

We may use essential cookies for login/session security and limited analytics cookies to understand site usage. Where required by law, non-essential cookies are used only with consent.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No method of Internet transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
