Follow these steps to clear airbag crash data online. Need help? Contact support or read the FAQ.

Prepare your dump file
Read the SRS / airbag ECU memory with your programmer and save a full dump as a .bin file. Keep a backup of the original before you upload anything.

Open Airbag SRS on the home page
Use the Airbag SRS clear service (BMS categories are coming soon). Stay on the home page clear form.

Find your part number
Search by part number (for example 89170-01010), or select Brand → Model → Part. Confirm the listed price. If the part is missing, message support with the exact label text.

Enter contact details and pay
Email is required for your receipt and support. Add country / mobile, accept the terms, then pay (or use credits if you have a pack).

Upload and clear
Upload your .bin dump and click Clear Crash Data Now. Keep the page open until you see success or an error with your Order ID.

Download and write back
Download the cleared file, write it to the module with your programmer, then verify the vehicle with your usual workshop procedure.

Tips for a successful clear

Use the exact part number printed on the module label.
Upload a complete, uncorrupted dump — partial dumps often fail.
Keep the original dump until the vehicle is verified after write-back.
Members get 10% off and order history; guests can still pay and clear with email.

Part not found — check spelling, or contact Support with a photo/text of the label.
Clear failed — use Retry on the home page, or open Support with the Order ID shown on screen.
