Quick answers for workshops using the online clear service. Full steps are in the customer guide.
How does online crash clear work?
Read the module with your programmer, upload the .bin dump after selecting the part number and paying, then download the cleared file and write it back.
Do I need to ship the airbag module?
No. This is a digital file service. You keep the hardware and only send the dump file.
How long does clearing take?
Most jobs finish within a few minutes when the clearing service is online. Keep the home page open until download appears.
What if my part number is not in the catalog?
Double-check the label, try Brand → Model → Part, or open Support and send the exact part number — we can review adding it.
What if the clear fails?
Use Retry on the home page, or contact support with your Order ID. See our refund policy for eligibility.
Why is email required?
We send a payment receipt and need a contact path if support has to help with your order.
What are credit packs?
Workshop packs preload wallet credit so you can pay clears without checkout each time. Buy them from your Account page.
Is BMS reset available?
BMS categories are marked Coming soon until those part numbers are in the catalog. Airbag SRS clears are available now.
